Our project, Transparence, was brought to life by:

The Inspiration

In today's job market, deception is rampant. As university students actively seeking employment, we encountered numerous instances of fraud. This inspired us to create a solution that would bring honesty and transparency to employment verification.

What Transparence Does

Transparence leverages blockchain technology to verify:

• Employment history
• Education credentials

Our Tech Stack

We built Transparence using a React front-end, integrated with various Blockchain Operating Systems, DBMS, and a Node backend.

The Challenges

Developing smart contracts was a major hurdle. We faced numerous debugging issues that slowed our progress. Despite these challenges, we persevered and dedicated countless hours to perfecting our project.

Lessons Learned

We learned about the pervasive issues in global work culture and discovered the transformative potential of blockchain technology. As we developed Transparence, our commitment to creating a more honest and transparent job market grew stronger.

What's Next?

Our goal is to scale Transparence and make a significant impact. We're eager to hear any advice on entrepreneurship and funding as we aim to bring this solution to a wider audience.
